The location was decent at the center, and had everything you needed. Need to add that it was really close to where there are lots of shops and High Cross mall.
Rooms were a bit dirty.

The interior was nice, it had everything for a great stay for one night. The staff were more than helpful, I greatly enjoyed them all. The room was reasonably large and new-fashioned and there were an extra bed, a couch, and facilities to make tea.

Great-sized and well-equipped room on pictures showing studio apartment was much appreciated. Most importantly the staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating.
Rooms were a little small.

Stayed there for 5 nights, enjoyed it. The location was great adjacent to High Cross mall & the main shopping hub across the road, and the centre of town, and had everything you needed. And I was located close to city center.

Stayed here with my 4 kids, everything was excellent. The location was indeed great, right by great bars, High Cross mall & the main shopping hub across the road and city centre and Tesco.

I recently stayed at Kimberley House for a weekend getaway with friends. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and easily accessible. The property had great potential and the second room we were given was much better than the first. it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Spacious 2 bedroom, clean, well-maintained, well-heated. Conveniently located near Highcross. Secure parking in basement. Helpful staff, quick to respond via app. Great value for group stay.
